With SageCover and SageCover Extra you can call to speak to our experts by telephone or contact the, online. They can walk you through changing your Financial Year End data within your Accounts program.

Alternatively, we can make the changes for you. We have two levels of service depending on how quickly you need your data back

• 3-5 Days: With our standard service, we aim to have your data ready within 3-5 working days
• 24 Hours: With our express service, we aim to have your data ready within 24 hours (Monday - Friday)

How to send us your data

It's simple; you can send us your data by using the My Uploads section located in My Account area of the site (you'll need to be logged in to view it) or via email, zip disk, DVD or CD.

Financial Year End Changes: Terms & Conditions

Our terms for the service are as follows:

Sage will use reasonable endeavors' to alter the financial year start date and return the data to you within a fixed period of receipt of the data. We aim to return the data sooner than this but may need the full fixed period during peak periods and where alteration of the financial year start date requires such full fixed period. It shall be your responsibility to ensure that the data is in order once returned to you and any reliance you place on the returned data shall be at your own discretion and risk.

Please note that Sage reserves the right to make changes to its prices from time to time and any change affecting you will be notified to you. In the unlikely event that we are unable to alter the financial year start date there will be no charge for work undertaken in connection with trying to do so and Sage shall have no further liability in relation to the data.

Please refer to your software license agreement for notice of Sage's limitation of liability in relation to the software. This limitation shall also apply to the alteration of financial year start dates.

In returning the above information, you consent to the collection by Sage (UK) Limited of any personal data in such information (for example, name, e-mail address and any other identifying data) to be collected by Sage (UK) Limited and used to alter the financial year start date. I understand that all information provided will be treated as strictly confidential, is for the sole use of Sage (UK) Limited in relation to this service and will not under any circumstances whatsoever be distributed to any third parties.
