• Simply let Transfermate know what currency you need to pay and how much and they'll tell you the exchange rate and how much to pay in sterling
• You can do this online, by fax, by phone or by live chat
• Transfer funds to Transfermate's client account and once received, your funds will be transferred to your beneficiary
• Beneficiaries will receive an automatic email to inform them their payment is on the way
• You can then view the status of your transaction online by logging into your Transfermate account.
