Since installing Sage software, the company hasn’t looked back. One immediate benefit was the improvement in first-line support for store staff to resolve errors. Because head office can view the same information on the screen as any of our outlets, the problem solving time has been cut from an average of around twenty minutes down to just two. Data can be analysed to match offers and opening times to local patterns of trading and to optimise staffing levels and all data can be seen by head office at any time.
