The fee, which covers the first year (the 'Term') of membership, is payable in full, in one lump sum, and is non-refundable.

On each anniversary of the start date of the term, membership shall be automatically renewed for a further 12 months, and an invoice for the prevailing Annual Licence fee, will be sent and is due and payable in advance.

Access subscription

Our Access subscription provides entry level "Micro Market" membership to the Sage Developers Programme, and the opportunity to develop integrated applications for the Sage Instant Business range.

Access to training

We want to help you maximise the benefits of membership as quickly as possible, and recommend you take full advantage of our training programme. Our range of courses comprise lecturer sessions supplemented by demonstrations and short practical exercises, to help build the skills required to develop Sage integrated applications. 

Online services

The Sage Developer website provides a host of support resources, including how-to articles, code samples and download access to the latest software updates and upgrades. In addition, you'll find: 

• Forums - available for members to exchange development information, tips and techniques online. Moderated by Sage staff, the forums provide a place to get answers to your questions, to learn from others, and share ideas
• Blog - with contributions from Sage R & D and Developer Services, you'll find hints, how-to's and ideas designed to help you get more value from your membership. The blog is a place where we can share what's on our minds, what we're excited about, what interests and puzzles us. It's also a chance for you to get to know some of us a bit better and to tell us what excites, interests and puzzles you too.

Community subscription

Providing a wealth of technical support resources, our Community subscription is a great place to start for new developers, and also for Sage customers, who wish to develop their own in-house solutions.

Not For Resale (NFR) copies of Sage software are provided for development, testing and demonstration purposes, and activation keys are supplied to enable supported software variants.

With your licences to use Sage software in-house, you get unlimited access to our award-winning customer service, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. 

To help manage your development, testing and demonstration requirements, over 300 UK-based technical support advisors are at the end of the phone to offer friendly, approachable and knowledgeable advice on how to use your Sage software. They'll also provide advice on how to get the best use of your Sage software in-house, to help build a better business.

In addition, you're entitled to free access to 'Ask Sage', our online support service. You'll find over 10,000 jargon-free answers to technical software questions, from 'How do I manually record opening and closing stock in Sage 50 Accounts?' to 'How do I set up and assign holiday schemes in Sage 50 Payroll?'

  A Professional subscription entitles you to a complimentary company listing (with contact details) in the Sage developer services directory. The printed edition also offers a variety of chargeable advertising options, for example - back page, half page and full page.

• Provide or intend to provide Sage integrated software or developer services to Sage customers
• Agree to promote your company, software or service in Sage Additions within 18 months of activating your Professional subscription
