Login help
To access secure areas on this site, you need to log in using
your Sage Login, which is made up of your
email address and password.
If you haven't logged into the site before, we'll need some
basic details from you to get you up and running.

Q: I've just signed up for a new
login but the system won't let me log in. Why?
A: You need to activate your login before you can log in. You
can activate your account by clicking the link in the activation
email we sent to you when your login was created.
The link will take you to a page on our website that
will ask you to confirm your password (some users, including
AOL members, might need to copy and paste or type this link
directly into the browser). This will activate your
Sage Login.
Q: I don't remember my password.
What should I do?
A: Click the 'Forgotten your password?' link and follow the
instructions to create a new password. We'll then send you a
confirmation email.
Click the link in the email to complete the process (again, you
may need to copy and paste or type the link directly into the
browser). You should now be able to log in using your new
password.
Q: How do I get access to other
Sage accounts under my login, or remove accounts from my log
in?
A: Once you've logged into the system, access 'My Sage Login'
and follow the instructions to select or delete an additional
account.If you have more than one Sage account associated with your
login, you will be asked which account you'd like to use each time
you log in.
Q: I have a question or problem
that is not covered in this section. What should I do?
