Making a complaint

Whilst we are committed to providing the highest standard of software and services to our customers, we recognise that occasionally a customer may experience service that is not completely to their satisfaction. If this happens, we want to hear from you.
  • Resolving your issue

    Getting in touch allows us to resolve your issue and is also an important source of customer feedback which enables us to identify areas of our business that need improvement.

    If you bought your software or services from Sage, we believe that our frontline employees, such as your Account Manager or Support Technician, are best placed to resolve these issues.

    However, if you bought from a Sage Business Partner, please discuss any issues with them.
