The fee, which covers the first year (the ‘Term’) of membership,
is payable in full, in one lump sum, and is non-refundable.
On each anniversary of the start date of the term, membership shall
be automatically renewed for a further 12 months, and an invoice
for the prevailing Annual Licence fee, will be sent and is due and
payable in advance.
