Travel by road

From the North

Take the A1(M) and leave at the exit marked Wideopen/Killingworth A1056. Descend to the roundabout. Take the 4th exit marked Great Park. You are now on Great Park Way. Go Straight over the next roundabout, turn right at the second and left at the third roundabout.

From the South

Take the A1(M) and leave at the exit marked Wideopen/Killingworth A1056. Descend the slip road to traffic lights. Turn left at the traffic lights. You are now on Great Park Way where the Sage office is based. Go Straight over the next roundabout, turn right at the second and left at the third roundabout.

By Bus

The Arriva X40 runs roughly every 20 minutes from the Haymarket bus station in Newcastle city centre to Great Park via Regent Centre. Visit http://www.nexus.org.uk/ for bus timetable.

Travel by road

From the M4 Junction 10:

Take the A329M towards Reading. Take the first exit signposted Woodley, Winnersh and Earley. At the first roundabout take the second exit. Sage House is on the opposite side of the road. At the 2nd roundabout go all the way around the roundabout and turn left into the first drive.

By Rail

From Reading station, travel to Winnersh Triangle (10 min journey) The walk from Winnersh Triangle station to Sage, takes approximately 5 mins. Leave the station and turn left to walk down Wharfedale Road. This road is a dual carriageway therefore, it's safer to cross the road and walk on the car park area.

Travel by road

From the North/East - M60:

Leave M60 J12 onto the M602 and follow signs for A5063 Salford. Leave M602 at J3 and follow A5063 Salford Quays signs onto Trafford Road. Take Trafford Road for 1 mile, past Fatty Arbuckles, Frankie and Benny’s, Chiquito’s and Exchange Bar & Grill on the right. Go straight over lights just after the Shell Garage (which is on your left) and at the next set of lights turn left into Exchange Quay.

From the West - M62

Leave the M62 J12 onto the M602 and follow directions above.

From the South - M56

Follow A5103 signs taking you onto the M60 J5. Leave the M60 J7 and follow Stretford/Salford signs. This takes you up the A56 (Chester Road). Pass Old Trafford on the left and follow directions to the A5063. Cross over the bridge and at the first set of lights turn right into Exchange Quay.

From City Centre

Follow signs for A57/M62 taking you onto Regent Road. Just after Harry Ramsden’s, turn left at the McDonald’s Restaurant traffic lights onto Ordsall Lane. Follow Ordsall Lane all the way round until you cross the tram tracks, then come to a set of lights at a T junction facing the Copthorne Hotel and turn left. Then, at the next set of lights turn left into Exchange Quay.

Car Parking

Due to clamping restrictions for unauthorised parking, we strongly recommend parking outside of the city centre and using the tram service (Eccles Line) to Exchange Quay. For further information on stations and timetables visit www.metrolink.co.uk.

By Rail

Piccadilly Station is 3 miles away or 10 minutes by taxi.

By Tram

The metro link runs from Piccadilly Station directly to Exchange Quay. There are no trams from Piccadilly Station or Piccadilly Gardens to the Eccles line until the 21st November. The station has a free shuttle bus from Piccadilly Station to Eccles until this time. or, you can walk down to Mosley Street to Eccles which takes 5/10 minutes.

By Air

Manchester International Airport is 10 miles away and 40 minutes by taxi.

Travel by road

Driving from the north

Take the M6/M62 to M602 to Manchester/Salford. From M602  follow A57, heading towards Manchester City Centre on Regent Road. Keep to the right and briefly onto A57M Mancunian Way (west end) through the underpass. Take the immediate left-hand lane from the underpass for 1st exit onto slip road, follow it to the bottom, and turn left into Medlock Street, which continues into Albion Street with the Manchester City Council offices on the right hand side. Turn right at 1st lights onto Whitworth Street  West. At the crossroads (with the Palace Theatre opposite you) turn left onto the A34 Oxford Street. Continue along, crossing over 2 sets of crossroads onto Peter Street. Sage Construction is 100m down the road on the right, on the corner of Peter Street and Southmill Street.

Driving from the south and the airport

Take the M6 to junction 19 at Knutsford services. Take the third exit on the roundabout, A556 towards Manchester and Manchester Airport. Continue to the next roundabout and take the third exit onto the M56 Eastbound.  Follow M56, travelling past Manchester airport, to the end of motorway heading towards Manchester City Centre.   Follow City Centre signs straight ahead on A5103 all the way to the roundabout at  the end of Princess Parkway (dual carriage-way section).  At the roundabout that sits under Mancunian Way, take the 2nd exit into Medlock Street which continues into Albion Street with the Manchester City Council offices on the right hand side. From the M62, continue onto the M60.   Exit onto M60 J19. Continue straight ahead onto the A576 Middleton Road. Turn left onto the A665 Bury Old Road. Turn right onto the A6042 Trinity Way. Turn left onto the A56 Great Ducie Street. Turn left onto A34 John Dalton Street. Turn right into Charles Street. Turn right onto A34 Oxford Road. Travel under the bridge and  over the crossroad. Continue along, crossing over 2 more sets of cross roads onto Peter Street. Sage Construction is 100m down the road on the right, on the corner of Peter Street and Southmill Street.

Driving from the south west

From the M62, continue onto the M602 Eccles By-pass (M62 J12). Continue straight ahead onto the A57.  Bear left onto the A5067.  At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the slip road. Continue straight ahead onto the A56 Chester Road.  Turn right at the lights onto the B6469 Whitworth Street West, and turn left at the 2nd set of lights (with the Palace Theatre opposite you) turn left onto the A34 Oxford Street. Continue along, crossing over 2 sets of crossroads onto Peter Street. Sage Construction is 100m down the road on the right, on the corner of Peter Street and Southmill Street.
