Our business areas
Our business is structured to support our different customers,
whether they are internal or external. There are commercial
divisions, and central business functions, that enable us to
provide excellent customer service to help us achieve our
vision.
Sage (UK) Limited is divided into three divisions – Small
Business Division, Mid Market Division and the Accountants'
Division.
Each of our divisions has their own customer service, sales,
research and development, finance, marketing and commercial
development departments to enhance the service we provide to our
customers.
Small Business Division
Small Business Division (SBD)sells directly through sales teams
based in our Newcastle headquarters and provides software and
services to small businesses, ranging from start-ups to more
established companies.
Mid Market Division
The Mid Market Division (MMD) markets, sells and supports Sage
software suitable for medium-sized businesses in the UK. MMD sales
are made via our network of Business Partners. The Mid Market
Division also provides training and professional services to both
Business Partners and customers.
Accountants’ Division
Our Accountants’ Division (AD) work with the accountants'
community to provide IT advice and support to their clients. They
have an important influence on potential customers and are valuable
Business Partners.
We provide accountants with a wide range of software from
practice management software they use to run their own practice to
providing a wide range of support services designed specifically
for accountants.
